In-person Classes
Experience Iyengar yoga in a beautiful, fully-equipped wooden studio on a scenic farm in Colares, Sintra. With four weekly classes and limited class sizes, Georgia provides personalised feedback to every student.
Her mixed-level classes ensure that both beginners and experienced practitioners leave feeling uplifted, aligned, calm, energised, and centred.

Weekly Timetable
Tuesday morning: 9.30 – 11.00 – Levels 1 and 2 – mixed level
Tuesday evening: 18.00 – 19.30 – Levels 1 and 2 – mixed level
Thursday evening: 18.00 – 19.30 – Levels 1 and 2 – mixed level
Saturday morning: 10.00 – 11.30 – Levels 1 and 2 – mixed level

Location
Classes are at Quinta Ecosophia in Colares, Sintra, Portugal.

Price
€15 per class (drop-in)
€40 for up to 4 classes in any 30-day period
€60 for up to 8 classes in any 30-day period
Class Guidelines
- Class booking essential.
- Do not eat a meal for at least two hours before class.
- Do not drink during class.
- At the beginning of every class please inform me of any injuries and recent illness or if you’re stressed or exhausted, and women also need to inform if you are pregnant or menstruating.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early so you are prepared on time.
- All mobile phones should be in flight mode during the class.
- Classes are taught in English although I can teach in basic Portuguese if necessary.
Online Classes
Join our online Iyengar yoga classes, held twice a week via Zoom. Sessions are on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm (Portugal/UK time) and last one hour. Basic yoga materials are required.
Be sure to position your camera to give Georgia a clear view of you and your mat, and she will provide personalised feedback to help you improve your asanas.

Class Guidelines
- Please ensure your internet connection is reliable with sufficient speed for live video. You can check this with https://www.speedtest.net
- Make sure that your device (laptop or iPad or smart phone etc.) is charged up. A smart phone has a better camera than a laptop.
- Have your device at a distance on landscape so I can see you.
- Once the class starts, set your Zoom to “Speaker View” not “Gallery View”.
- When I am demonstrating, please come close to your device so you can see the details.
- Please try to wear light colours so I can see you more clearly (dark colours hide so much!) It’s even better if I can see your legs (I.e. short leggings).
- Have your yoga props to hand… ideally you’ll have a mat, 2 bricks, 4, blocks, 1 or 2 belts, 4 blankets and a firm chair. You can improvise with props if necessary. A yoga bolster will also be helpful or you can tie two or three firm pillows together.
- Have access to a wall or a firmly closed door.
- Let me know if you have any injuries/sickness/menstruation/pregnancy ahead of the class.
- Do not eat a meal for at least two hours before class.
Private classes
Private classes are available either for individuals or groups. They can be in-person or online, and tailored to your specific needs or to prepare you for group sessions.
